3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure you log out from your account at the end of each session

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

Field Agent Insurance CRM offers multiple subscription plans with varying features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3 Trial Period

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Field Agent Insurance CRM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability
